Ice Cream for Breakfast

Whoever said you can't eat ice cream for breakfast, led a sad life... But we're about to change all of that. If you've seen our new spoon mugs, then you know why I'm personally so obsessed with them. They are perfect for tea lovers, adding all of those awesome seasonal creamers to your favorite roast, and above all, I love them for one of my FAVORITE affogato recipes. It's so extremely simple and so utterly delicious. I typically find myself indulging in one of these during a late breakfast.

Prep time: 2-3 minutes
Ingredients: - 1 Cup of your Favorite Butter Pecan Ice Cream (I love Talenti's Southern Butter Pecan! MMM!)
- 1/2 cup of Milk (can be replaced with Coconut Milk or Almond Milk)
- 1 dollop of local Honey (TRUBEE is simply amazing!)
- 2 cups of Cold Brew Coffee
(When it comes to Cold Brew drinks... I like to mix it up between all of my favorite brands! This time I chose Stumptown. It's ridiculously good!)

Directions: Scoop out 1 cup of Butter Pecan ice cream and add to the bottom of your cup. Pour 2 cups of cold brew atop the ice cream. Add 1/2 cup of milk. Drizzle with a dollop of honey. Grab a spoon so you can sip + devour! Our spoon mugs are PERFECT for this simple savor.
